Refund Policy

There are no refunds or returns. All sales are final.

“AS-IS” BASIS OF PURCHASES

The University of Nevada Las Vegas has the right to withdraw items from the public sale and to refuse any/all sales.  All items are sold “AS IS WHERE IS”. The University of Nevada Las Vegas does not provide a warranty; the purchaser must determine the condition of the sale items.

DISCLAIMER OF ALL WARRANTIES AND INDEMNITY

The Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education, on behalf of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“UNLV”) disclaims any and all warranties and representations, express or implied, oral or written, with respect to the items purchased, including, without limitation, any implied warranties regarding title, condition, merchantability, fitness or suitability for any particular purpose.  By accepting possession, purchaser agrees to defend and hold harmless UNLV and its agents and employees, from all claims, damages and causes of action, present and future, that may arise from or in connection with the removal or use of such items.
